pclip Privacy Policy

pclip provides a mobile interface for the hosted Paperclip service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Account information, such as your email address, user identifier, and account identifier.
Workspace and company information, such as workspace membership, company metadata, projects, issues, comments, and attachments you create or access.
Agent and workspace activity, such as agent runs, run logs, issue activity, and related workspace events.
Connected service information, such as service names, provider metadata, token metadata, and secret values you save for configured services.
Authentication information needed to sign you in and keep your session active.
Operational logs used for security, reliability, debugging, and abuse prevention.
Support information if you contact us, such as your email address and message.

How We Use Information

To authenticate you and provide the pclip app experience.
To show your Paperclip workspace data inside the app.
To maintain security, debug issues, and improve reliability.
To respond to support requests.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third-party advertising networks or data brokers. We may share information with service providers that help us operate pclip, or when required by law, security needs, or to protect our rights and users.

Tracking and Advertising

pclip does not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising or data broker purposes. pclip does not use third-party advertising SDKs.

Device Permissions

pclip does not currently request access to camera, photos, contacts, location, microphone, health data, or tracking permissions.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Account, workspace, and user content data is deleted or anonymized through the account deletion flow or by contacting hi@pclip.co, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational retention needs.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

pclip is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
